Centennial is a very refreshing hop variety that infuses this pale ale with lychee, grape and lime. The finish is clean and bitter and exceptionally refreshing.

330ml bottle bought at Brew Cavern in Nottingham. Bubbly, white head leaving dotted spots on the glass. Clear golden body. Fresh fruity aromas, peaches and citrus. Mixture of citrus fruits to the flavour character followed by herbal hops to the ending with a nice bitter twist. Soft in the mouth. Session qualities and quite moreish (shared with Finn at hist place in Tromsø 05.04.2016).

Bottle from Eebria consumed at home Friday 15th January 2016 Warm orangey gold, a good sized white head atop. A little bit of soapy hop in the mouth, yes this is a little to soapy with the hops. It is fine but not a patch on the Metropolis BIPA. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov13 3.2
