A Blend of Golden Sour Beers Aged in Oak Barrels with Mixed Berries and Vanilla.
Blending our raspberry and haskap beers last year was a festival favorite and we wanted to create another dessert beer in the same vein as The Time and The Space, so we started with those fruit bases, drowned with vanilla, sweetened with a nonfermentable sugar made from stevia leaves, and fruit pectin for mouthfeel. Maybe a scoop of ice cream is in order?

A hazed reddish copper ale with a very thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of cherries, light maple, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with smooth cherries, light acidity, pleasant buttery notes, very nice and smooth.
