Bardzo smaczny dzikus, w nosie funky, w smaku może nie srogo kwaśny ale język wykręca, kwaśność niedojrzałej zielonej śliwki a konkretnie skórki, delikatna pestkowość. Fajne

Poured from 500mL bottle (2020 vintage). Hazy orange with small white head. Plum, fairly tart acidity, good, but a bit too acidic.

500mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks Mike), pours a hazy rusted amber orange with a small off-white head. Nose is fairly perfumey, with loads of gently tart plums, modest wild yeast, and a very floral character. Flavour definitely skews acidic, but not in the bracingly enamel-stripping way -- there's lots of acidic plums, almost no wild character, and a perfumey, floral character. Medium tartness, medium-high acidity on the finish. Good, not great.

A hazed burgundy red ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, beautiful mix of tart fruit, Brett, light lactic notes, plums and dark fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of dark cherries, plums, light Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice. On tap at Lupulus.

(500ml 2020 bottle shared by Herbalist, thanks!) Pours medium dull orangish pink with a small white head. Notes of tart fruit with moderate notes of darker plums and fruit skins, maybe berries, some lemon, farily acidic overall, very light residual sweetness, some wood for drydown, quite light funk overall, semi-drying tart finish. Light to medium oily body with fine bubbles. Of the 3 variants this was probably the most typically 'plum' but lacked the sugary heft I expected from the varietal. Decent.

Tasting at Ash's, bottle
Bright, light red colour, cloudy. Aggressive acidity, generic fruit (i.e. not enough fruit character); in the end, it's extreme, aggressive, not so complex.

500ml at Ash's shared with Alex, Andrey, and Phill. Appearance: nice dark rose with a white head. Aroma: funky, barrel, sour, plums. Taste: along the same lines, very acidic, looks like plums were overfermented, woody aftertaste. Overall: well, it's too acidic.
