On tap at Pub Pit-Caribou Mtl, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of jammy raspberries and intense apple core. Flavour is like drinking tart raspberry pie, followed by puckering apple core, and medium-high acidity. Jammy and fruity, with loads of sourness that is backed by just enough sweetness. Good stuff.

A light pink Cider with aroma of sweet apple pie, cranberry, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of raspberry jam, apple sauce, light maple, very nice. On tap at l'autre oeil.
