A golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett and grapeskins, light cork, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light acidity, ground cherry, light lactic and Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at brewery.

(On tap @ Le Projet, Quebec City, Nov 11/19) Hazy pale orange pour with a small white head and lace. Aroma of peach, grapefruit, white grape, soft cereals, light funk. Flavour is mineral and crisp with unripe nectarine and white grape, light saison phenols, a touch of fruit skin, no real funk, bone dry soda water finish. Light to medium body and fairly soft carbonation. Not a patch on Burdock wine hybrids for complexity for me, but very drinkable.
