Can from the LCBO. Clear golden, bordering on bronze pour, with no head. Aroma is apples skinds, tart apple flesh. Mouth feel is standard, carb is almost flat. Finish is tangy, bordering on sour, with some wet paper, and sulphites.

A golden cider with aroma of sweet apple, light mineral notes and light acidity. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple mix with light Brett, light mineral notes, pleasant. Can at cidery.
