Made with Golden Plums and Yellow Yarrow. Aroma and flavour is somewhere in between liquorice and mint. The aroma of this cider is freshly chopped fennel and the flavour of if you made a sun tea with mint and fennel flowers, capped off with crunchy plum skins.

A hazed yellow cider with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of tart apples, light acidity, light perfumy notes, plums, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity tart mix of apple jam, puckering acidity, light Brett, very nice and tart. On tap at Lupulus.
