Brewer’s Notes: Our classic British IPA contains 100% locally grown hops. This golden, amber session IPA is clean drinking and shows the classic caramel and toffee characteristics, balancing the orange marmalade bitterness and citrusy notes. A dry medium body with a classic spicy, grassy hop finish. The overall impression is a full flavoured easy drinking beer. 4.2%ABV . 50 IBu
Translation: Not your average India Pale Ale, our UK session style (go ahead have a few) strikes a perfect balance between malt and hoppyness. The sweet toffee character is offset by the spicy citrus marmalade flavours you’d expect. Our adaptation of the 1927 UK recipe is made using 100% county-grown hops from “pleasant Valley Hops” giving this classic English style beer a uniquely county twist.

Clear amber pour, with a small white head. Aroma is resinous, light citrus, some caramel malts. Mouth feel is a bit oily, carb is full. Medium btiter, candied citrus zest. caramel, and toffee finish, with more pine resins.

A golden amber ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, light butterscotch, light mineral notes, OK. On tap at brewery.
