The mouthfeel is smooth and light, with clean, rounded finish and a pleasant white pepper element adding subtle complexity. The nose has a light malt forward sweetness and peppery graininess. 4.2% ABV. 21 IBU

Clear golden pour, large white head. Grassy, solid noble hops, good cereals. mouth feel is bright, and light, with a solid carb. low bitterness, light fruity esters in the finish.

A lightly hazed blonde pils with a thin white head. In aroma, nice crisp German malt with light German hops, light chalky notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with loads of chalky character, light German hops, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
