ABV: 3.8%. ✅ Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, roasted, caramel, dark malt, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, toffee, dark malt, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask at the Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Dark brown pour with a beige head. Coffee,dark fruit,liquorice nose. Creamy coffee,liquorice,chocolate taste. Very nicely held together.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2019 - Hackney. Pours lightly hazy golden-brown with a bubbly, off-white head. Not great, some notes of plastic, brown bread, earth. Light bodied with fine carbonation. A little harsh in the finish, some further off plastic notes, toasted malts. Not great.

Cask at Pigs Ear '19, day one, 03/12/19. Chestnut brown with a decent beige cap. Nose is stewed fruits, biscuit crumb, light twigness, crackers. Taste comprises dried fruits, caramel, toffee, biscuit, dried fruits, brown sugar dusting. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad.

Cask at pigs ear 2019. A hazed reddy amber coloured pour with a halo of beige head. Aroma is earthy, soggy trodden leaves, chestnut. Flavour is composed of semi sweet z brown sugars, leather, nutty malts.. Palate is watery, semi sweet, low condition.
