ABV: 4.8%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, cookie - vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity hops, sharp something. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191203]

Cask at Pigs Ear 2019 - London. Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. Has some moderately harsh grassy bitterness, husky pale grains. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Strong bitter grass in the finish, some pine needles. Just OK.

Cask at pigs ear 2019. A clear pale golden orange coloured pour with a halo of loose white head. Aroma is buttery, pale grains, lemon rind, midget gems. Flavour is composed of semi sweet pale grains, earthy, apricot jam, orange rind little farty. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, moderate carbonation.
