Cask at Pig’s Ear 2024 - Hackney. Pours clear gold with a tight, frothy off-white head; appearance couldn’t be better. Light sweet flavour with notes of crunchy, toasted biscuits, lots of raw and oily hop character, weed, grass, pine. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation; nicely conditioned. Bitter finish, more fresh hops, sun-baked malts. It delivers.
