Gravity cask at Pig’s Ear 2024 - Hackney. Pours clear gold with a fluffy, white head. Light sweet flavour with rich nutty malts, twig, leaves, toasted grains. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Decent condition. Husky, fairly bitter to finish, nicely drying. Enjoyable, old-school gear.
