This cask aged IPA blends the tropical fruit notes of Nectaron with robust pine and grapefruit aromas from Chinook. The whole thing is dry hopped with a little Citra before aging.

Gravity cask at Pig’s Ear 2024 - Hackney. Pours clear gold with a fluffy, pure white head; looks ideal. Light sweet flavour with notes of citric hops, apricot, peach, tangerine peel, lean pale malts, nips of grassy bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Citric finish, a little oily pine, citrus peel, otter grass, husky pale grain. Solid.
