Draught at MBCC Blue Session. Black body, clingy lacing, tiny fawn-coloured head. Bread and raspberry skins on the nose. Berry fruits, jam, dark bread and dough to the flavours character. Roasted dried berry fruits to the ending. Fine bodied. Enjoying (Copenhagen 12.05.2017).

Nitro. Darkest brown color with very creamy beige head. Aroma is raspberry jam, dark chocolate, touch of petrol, pumpernickel. Taste is dark chocolate, black bread, raspberry, petrol again, a bit mystic. Super-silky nitro mouthfeel with medium, but very soft carbonation. Very nice!

Bottle, 33cl, at the brewery. A dark brown beer with a dense light tan head. The aroma is roasted, coffees and chocolatey, with a lot of raspberry. Pretty similar flavor, with a nice bitterness. Bitterness from both roasted malts, hops and raspberry. It’s full bodied, lightly warming and nicely carbonated, with a lasting roasted malts and raspberry finish. A bit too much raspberry for me, too candyish in a way. But sure nice anyway. 170525

Sample at MBCC 2017. Black with a tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate and tart raspberries. Similar taste. The body was medium as was the bitterness.

From tap. Pours dark brown with a deep amber glare, small brown head. Aroma is raspberry and toasted malty. Toasted malty, dry, fruity and slight sulphorish. Dryand raspberry finish.

0,05l from tap at MBCC blue session shared with / by the crew. black color, small tan head. smells of licorice, earthy, bit musty, hints of sweetness. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of raspberries, light dill, earthy, peppery, bit doughy. finishes lightly roasty and rather dry with notes of raspberries and licorice / earthy notes. decent one overall but i am not totally crazy about the balance. nice one overall. 7, 4, 7, 3, 14
