Cask at GBBF 25 - Opaque creosote brown. Aroma also has creosote and coffee. Light-medium bodied. Actually really low key. Watery espresso and tar and coffee. Light-medium bodied. Creamy.. Average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Somehow punchy yet bland.

On cask @ the Abbotsford. Appearance - deep black and opaque. Nose - initial sweet chocolate, developing into a smoky/roasty finish. Taste - a combination of something creamy that feels like lactose, as well as having a roasty edge. Palate - medium bodied, creamy middle and roasty finish. Overall - good pint of cask.
