Cask at Pig's Ear. Near opaque dark brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Smooth palate, a modest dryness, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft and slightly tangy dark malts, a modest but pleasing dark chocolate. Some plummy fruits on the back end before a light and semi dry finish. Not bad.
