Brewed with the UK's finest Harlequin hops, picked fresh the previous day, it's a beautifully slick beer, packed full of lychee and passionfruit and big peach aromas.

Cask at Pig's Ear. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth airy palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Thinnish pale malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Light pine. Slightly tangy ripe orangey citrus. A few esters. A mild bitterness. Light and semi dry finish. Not bad.

Cask stillage at the Brickmakers Alehouse, Bexhill. Poured a murky golden orange colour with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, grassy hop, light juicy orange citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a smooth, light, grassy, light herbal, fresh green hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
