30/11/2024. Bottle shared at Ulfborg tasting. Pours very dark brown with a small frothy off-white to beige head. Aroma is ashy, roasted malt, dried fruits, berries. Taste has a sharp tartness. Looked good but not great otherwise.

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark red amber colour. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @Ulfborg. Very dark red brown, beige head. Roasted aroma, sweet milk (!) in the aroma. Sourish, roasted flavour, thin. Not good.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, lactose sugar, citrus, hops and has a sour finish.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Clear dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and chocolate. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 301124

Draft at the Hanoi Craft Beer Festival 2022. Poured a murky dark brown colour with a short-lived, frothy, light tan head. The aroma is roasted malt, big cacao. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, creamy, milk chocolate, light liqourice, smooth, sweet lactose palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A chocolate stout that actually has some chocolate! Quite a rarity these days.
