Cask at Pigs Ear 2019 - London. Pours clear brown with a bubbly, white head. Dry, with mellow ashy roast, vanilla extract, light earthy bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. FInishes with more ashy roast bitterness, unimpressive vanilla notes. So so.
