ABV: 4.4%. Cloudy - hazy looking, with a dark brown colour, a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, vanilla, spices - winter spices - perfume. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, spicy, vanilla, chocolate, dark malt, winter spices. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191203]

Cask at Pigs Ear 2019 - London. Pours mostly clear, deep brown with minimal foamy head. Nice beer, with soft roast, dry chocolate, toasted winter spices. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. LIngering cocoa and holiday spices in the finish. Good fun.

Cask at pigs ear 2019. A hazed dark brown black coloured pour with a halo of tan head. Aroma is spicy, rye bread, Christmas cookie, brown sugars. Flavour is composed of raw grains, brown sugars, cinnamon, bark, nutty. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, decent.
