ABV: 4.6%. Clear medium to dark brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, chocolate - cocoa powder, raspberry, frozen raspberry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, frozen raspberry, raspberry, dark malt, sweet malt toasted - roasted, chocolate - cocoa powder. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191203]

Cask at Pigs Ear 2019 - London. Pours clear brown with a small, foamy head. Tasty, with light roast, nips of chocolate, pleasant raspberry, brown bread, light earthy bitterness, some berry tang. Light bodied with fine carbonation; alright condition. Lightly ashy in the finish. Decent.

Cask at Pigs Ear ‘19, day one, 03/12/19. Mahogany brown with a light beige head. Nose is cocoa powder, light roast, brown bread, sugar dusting. Taste comprises mellow roast, raspberry notes, cocoa rub, toffee. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. So so ... comes over too sweet for my liking.

Cask at pigs ear 2019. A Ruby red brown coloured pour with no head. Aroma is semi sweet, jammy raspberry fruit, woody notes, brown leaves, autumnal, brown sugars. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, sticky raspberry culee, brown malts, toast, raspberry ripple, light tang. Palate is semi sweet light tang decent condition.
