Merry Jingle. We love maple syrup, and we've been lucky enough to get a hold of a bunch of Canadian Bourbon barrels which has been used by a maple syrup producer. Together with our rich Christmas stout, this becomes sweet magic.
Ingredients: local water, malted barley, oats, molasses, muscovado and demerara sugar, hops and yeast.

Svart mef lys brunt skum. Lukter blomsterstilk, kokesjokolade, kaffe og noe vanilje. Fyldig. Smaker lønnesirup, lett brent karamell, mørk sjokolade, blomster og alkohol. Middels lang.

Bortimot svart med en tynn beige skumring. Lukter lønnesirup, karamell og lær. Meget søt. Lite kullsyre, Lønnesirup, Røstet malt og noe sjokolade og kaffe i avslutningen

Kristiansand Juleølfestival 2024. Black color with no head. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee, chocolate. Flavor is roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, maple syrup, bourbon. Powerful beer.

0,33 litre Bottle, from Vinmonopolet Hamar, at home. Black with little head. Roasted Malts, Chocolate, coffee, leather , tobaco, barrel, maple, sweetness, some alcohol sting.

Bottle, at Kristiansand Juleølfestival. A headless beer, quite oily pour, and pitch black in color. Smooth, round aroma with coffee, dark chocolate, maple syrup and oak notes. Alcohol. It's full-bodied, soft and warming on the palate, with a quite low but suiting carbonation level. Some tannins. The flavor is sweet, with a pleasant bitterness. Roasted malts, dark chocolate and coffee, some oaked hints and a pleasant brown sugar and maple syrup touch. Alcohol too, but not too much. Lasting finish. Delicious. 241102
