Merry Jingle. We love maple syrup, and we've been lucky enough to get a hold of a bunch of Canadian Bourbon barrels which has been used by a maple syrup producer. Together with our rich Christmas stout, this becomes sweet magic.
Ingredients: local water, malted barley, oats, molasses, muscovado and demerara sugar, hops and yeast.

Aus der Flasche (bottled 04.07.2024/bbe 13.05.2034) im 2025-04 getrunken. Dieses mächtige Imperial Stout zeigt sich mit viel Dunkler Schokolade, vieletwas Zimt, etwas Honig vom Bourbon BA und erdiger Moskovado-Zucker. Alles zusammen wirkt es leicht dickflüssig und der hohe Alkoholgehalt ist perfekt eingebunden. Ein wunderbare Stout zum laaaangem Genuss.

330mL bottle, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma is full of rich dark sugars, molasses, and moderate roast — very bold. Flavour is super rich, with tons of sticky dark sugars, big roasted malt, some wood, and a touch of coffee. Wonderful body, balancing those sticky dark sugars and roast beautifully. Lovely.

Poured from 330mL bottle. Very dark brown with minimal beige head. Woody barrel with gentle fruity roast malt, perhaps a super feint hint of maple traces. Enjoyable.

Bottle @ home. Pitch black body under a minimalistic head. Slighly oily consistence. Aroma of dark malt and marple syrup. Taste is dark malt, chocolate, marple, hint of vanilla and warming alcohol. Balanced bitterness and surprisingly balanced in alcohol, still a bit too sweet for me. Full bodied with long lasting, warming and sugar sweet aftertaste. Lovely for a small sample taste at a festival or bottle share, but one bottle for myself feels too massive and sweet.

330ml. Opaque brown colour, tiny brownish head. Roasted, whiskey, cocoa aroma. Medium to full-bodied. Sweetish, dark sugar, cocoa, alcohol, Quite sweet but steady.

Pitch black colour, small brown head Aroma is toffee some fruity, toasted and mild chocolaty tones with some alcohol sweetness as well. Flavour is chocolate, toasted and some mild nutty tones with a chocolaty tones.
