Named after... well... the pipes freezing. We were trying to bottle this beer but the lines were filled with nothing but ice (which means no way of cleaning bottles/bottler and therefore no bottling!) So we decided it was time to get heated pipes and name this beer after our unfortunate circumstance.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and some grapefruit hops notes and with a semi-sweet finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones notes, some grapefruit hops notes and a semi-sweet finale. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with nice grapefruit focus floral hops notes with creamy notes.

(473ml can shared by Herbalist, thanks!) Pours very hazy dark gold with a thick white head and lace. Notes of fairly heavy pale citrus like grapefruit, tangerine and even lemon, pineapple with a sweet/tart vibe, moderately dank and leafy with a little pithiness, bready malt with a touch of sweetness, drying finish with pith and citrus oil bitterness and a touch of green burn. Medium-bodied, somewhat creamy, fairly soft carbonation. I wasn't at my best sensorally for this one but a solid if not particuarly amazing Badlands brew.
