Nostalgic tribute to the iconic pale ale from Chico. Notes of pine & citrus.

Brewery draught, 11/8/25, as pictured.
Fresh and bright and clean. Hops are aromatic and have a bit of juicy apple in addition to the mild wood and pine. Fresh yeast and minimally toasted malt support.
Light and clean with fresh yeast and fresh hop. Bright and polished with a high clarity of flavor. Love the minimal toast and there's no pine resin. Apples, wood and white grapefruit are all enticing. As good or better than I remember SNPA being. Great intro to this new brewery. Hope they expand their styles/selections. Will be back.
