Doppelbock aged 12 months in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels
Barrel Aged Past Lords is a 10.5% barrel aged Doppelbock here to keep you warm one sip at a time! We took some of last year's fresh Past Lords and filled Heaven Hill bourbon barrels with it. Over the past 12 months, the barrels have been adding lush bourbon and oak notes as the beer has been developing. This is the extra layer of elegance you deserve this winter!

Sample at tasting at Finnoo, Espoo. Cloudy Brown with small head. Bourbon, bread, malts... Lots of whiskey and maybe little bit of unbalanced. 3.6

Whiskey nose quite strong. Sweetness from the barrel. Heavy malts, whiskey, sweetness, malts. Barrel bit too strong but quite an interesting beer. Despite the style.

Superficial sample from Billie’s craft beer fest 2025. Deep amber, small head. Aroma of malt, dry fruit and bourbon. Taste is sweet malt, caramel, dry fruit, oak, vanilla and Bourbon. Nice.
