Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with a large frothy white foamy head with excellent retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some huge floral hops undertones. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some great floral hops undertones notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Great NEIPA with great restraint and balance.

(500ml bottle from L'Axe du Malt, Quebecy City) Pours a fairly hazy deep orange with a thick eggshell head and heavy lace. Aroma is intensely saturated with hop oils, notes of mandarin peel, candied orange, dried mango, sweetened berries, cannabis, leafy pine, resin, some bready malt. Flavour is off-dry, sticky notes of navel orange, grapefruit, mandarin peel, some floral tropical fruit, peach, bready malt with some cereals, drying substantially into the finish with sticky grapefruit resins and a little fresh pine Mosaic vibe, moderate bitterness. A bit of an OG west coast vibe to this IPA which isn't so much my style but this example is really well-crafted with good hop intensity for the ABV.

500ml (thx, Jonathan D.!) @ home. Appearance: nice murky pale golden with a white head. Aroma: nice mix of tropical fruits, slightly sweet and creamy Taste: along the same lines, a bit dry and dusty, moderately juicy, noticeable bitterness on the finish. Overall: good one.
