This foeder-aged sour is one of our last 2020 vintages! We aged this Foeder sour on 1000 lbs of BC grown strawberries for five months. Sea salt was added to enhance the body and sweetness, which is balanced with a complex acidity from our Foeder culture. A complex display of a delicate and delicious fruit.

Bottle: Poured an amber color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some oak and light strawberry notes. Taste is also a mix of tart notes with some oak and strawberry notes that are faint. Taste is also a mix of tart notes and oak with some strawberry notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Good sour with limited acidity but strawberry notes are quite faint.
