Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, pale malt, dusty, earthy, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171208]

Gravity cask at the Pigs Ear 2017 - Hackney. Pours clear orange-gold with a frothy, off-white head. The nose holds orange peel, lightly toasted grains. Light sweet flavour with dry minerality, skmenorabe peel, lemon rind, more lightly toasted grains. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Finishes with a little dryness, further pale grains, dried citrus peel. So so.
