Not every hero needs a spotlight. This Italian-style pils plays it cool with a crisp malt base, a soft floral touch from Tettnang dry hopping, and a clean, snappy finish. Naturally carbonated and cold-fermented for maximum smoothness. Subtle, refreshing, and just a little bit overlooked — but maybe that’s what makes it great.

Can: Poured a clear yellow color lager with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some light residual sugar notes and herbal hoppy notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with some sweet notes and herbal hops notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Good pilsner with a clean malt bill and nice level of drinkability.
