A wort made with rye, oats, barley and wheat is boiled for three hours with aged hops and finished with a new English variety Olicana. Fermented with our house mixed culture in ex-bourbon and wine barrels, small numbers of barrels from multiple brews are selected to blend each batch.

Sample @ BXL BeerFest 2018, shared with Belgian RB crew, thanks. Dorée léger orange, col blanc. Arôme de funk, effluves d'agrumes, brett avec une sensation de notes d'abricot, le malt assez discret en retrait. Palais sur haute effervescence, funk marqué, brett, agrumes avec une approche un peu brett-ipa, fini sur un léger côté malté.

Sampled @ BXL Beerfest 2018. A almost clear golden beer. Aroma of tart yellow fruits, brett. Taste of tart white grapes, yellow fruits, yeast. Draught at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels.
Orange-amber, medium hazy body, with a big, fluffy, yellowish head.
Aroma of sweet-sour yellow fruits, peach, moderate young cheese, some vanilla.
Tastes similar.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes medium sour, a bit sweet, a bit citric, with stone fruits, some young cheese, slight vanilla.
Tasty. Perfectly balanced, very fresh to drink, with just the right levels of sourness and sweetness. Lovely fruits and moderate funk notes throughout. Among the best Sours from England I've had so far.

Draft at BXL Beerfest ‘18, Brussels. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of light funk, citrus, oak and light tart fruit. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Clear orange beer, creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots and lots of lambic, sourish, nice acidity, lemon, bit woody. MF: lovely carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, acidic, lemony, hoppy touch, pretty dry. Aftertaste: hoppy notes, dry, acidic, more lemony.

Clear peach coloured beer, big aery irregular off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: oh wow, that's some real straight up lambic happening in this bottle! Pretty fruity, some wood notes, apricots, peaches, floral, honey. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity up front, lemony, pretty bitter, some tannins, fruity notes, dry, almost mouth puckering. Aftertaste: bitter, fruity, peaches, apricots, citrus touch, some grapefruit, very nice, honey.

0,15l taster at BXLBeerfest. orange hazy color, small white head. smells earthy, citric, grape notes, parfumy, light wood. very nice smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, earthy, grassy, light wood, light grapes, spices, peppery. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of grass, citrus and some peppery notes. very nice one, great balance but very smooth to drink. lovely 8, 4, 8, 3, 16
