A wort made with rye, oats, barley and wheat is boiled for three hours with aged hops and finished with a new English variety Olicana. Fermented with our house mixed culture in ex-bourbon and wine barrels, small numbers of barrels from multiple brews are selected to blend each batch.

Keg at the indy man beer con, session 5. A light hazed yelow straw coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is big lacto, bile, sicky green apple, sour. Palate is semi sweet sour, zippy, pinch of sour,. Flavour is composed of crisp, green apple, lacto, crisp sour, mixed ferment. White wine,. Crisp tart finish. 7,4,8,4,16 Bottle shared at Cotteridge Convention 23/06/18. Many thanks! As the v3 version. 8,4,8,4,16 A light hazed ywellow straw coloured pour with a frothy white head. Aroma is lacto, white wine, musty grapes, funky gooseberry. Flavour is composed of lacto, spicy funk grape, . Palate is nice spicy pucker tart, Lovely.

Keg at IMBC. It pours clear bright gold with a small white head. The aroma is bright, zingy, gooseberry, white grape, sherbet, lemon peel, oak, vanilla and funk. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, bright, zingy, minerality, sherbet, gooseberry, white grape, good mouth pucker, light lactic, straw, grapefruit and funk with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Bright, zingy and classy very nice stuff.

Bottle shared at Cotteridge Convention 2018 - cheers! Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. Nice aroma, mostly lemon and tangerine. Light sweet flavour, tart, with moderate acidity, more lemon, supportive pale bread. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes dry and tart, more lemon, light bitter rind. Great stuff overall.

Keg at Barley Mow, Bristol. Pours lightly hazed golden with a white head. Aroma: cheesy, lemon citrus, herbal, funk, oak, wet straw. Taste: dry, tangy citric, muted lactic, lemon, pineapple, yeasty, berry skins, wood. Medium bodied, light to moderate carb, light dry tart finish.
