Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2017 - Hackney. Pours rich brown with a bubbly, khaki head. Expressive aroma, with notes of cocoa, burnt crackers, pine. Light-medium sweet flavour with bittersweet chocolate, dry roast, burnt ginger. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Decent balance tonfinish, with further cocoa, some raisins, understated burnt ginger. Fun stuff.
