Pigs Ear. Cask. Opaque dark brown beer, bubbly tan head. Palate is smooth and mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Mellow and somewhat thin dark malts. Nice raspberry candy and a little raspberry sherbet. Back end brings a good helping of Parma Violets. Good fun and very drinkable.
