Cask at the Head of Steam, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear yellow golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, light malt. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a light, watery, malt, yeasty, light citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with flat carbonation.
