Cask at Pig's Ear 2017. It pours deep brown with small white head. The aroma is earthy, toasty, woody, vanilla, toasted marshmallow, creaminess, cocoa and Tunnock's Teacake. The taste is dry, earthy, toasty, vanilla, roasted malt, liquorice, earth, wood, charred marshmallow and milk chocolate. Medium body and fine carbonation. Really nice aroma to it. Does what it planned to do pretty well.
