Pigs Ear. Cask. Opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Smooth and semi dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth dark malts with a pleasant fruity tang, little blueberry and raspberry. Touch of fruit liqueur. Not a huge amount of dark malts character here. Whisper of citrus. Nice beer but hardly recognisable as a barleywine and neither is it an Impy. English Strong morelike.
