Sample at the source. Lightly hazy deep gold color with a minimal head. Earthy citrus and pine with bready caramel to counter. Nice old school IPA served very cold.

Growler from my parents: pours copper with white head. Aroma is malty and piny. Taste is moderately bitter. Sweet malty finish. Not bad.

32 oz. can purchased at Spruce Creek Provisions. Cloudy dirty Amber color. Aroma shows me herbal and pine cone hints.
No date coding on the can. The base is a lot of bready malt with some dirty yeast. The hops come off me astringent without any real flavor other then weak pine. The brew doesn’t have a nice mouthfeel, chalky. Based on this it would be difficult to go out of my to try anything else from this place. Sorry, pass.

Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a pint glass at the brewpub.
The appearance was an Amber / Red color with a bar pour’s kind of slim white head that dissipated within seconds.
The smell had a sharp pine bittersweetness coating some light citrus sweet hops.
The taste was mainly sweet but allowed a fairly decent blend to the bitter citrus side.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was there and somewhat sharp but was good for the style and for me.
Overall, good AIPA that I would have again.
