Cardiff Giant, Brooklyn tap: pours mahogony with small head. Aroma is woody and vinegary and sugar. Taste is sweet and fairly sour. Pretty standard brown sour. Pretty good.

At the Nassau Inn, Princeton NJ 24/11/2018. Deep brown in colour with reddish undertones, and a moderately-sized, off-white, head. Oak, sweetish red berries, a hint of spice, tangy sourness, leafy hops, hint of chocolate and boozy finish. Very good.
