Poured into a tulip.
Appearance: pale yellow cloudiness with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: pineapple, orange juice, subtle lemon pith and some sweet pine; light clean malts
Flavor: meshes all the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet to sweet juicy quality; finishes through the orange juice with piney bittersweetness
Texture: medium bodied, great sipper; good smoothness with a touch of creaminess; nice low carb and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: a very nicely done NEDIPA very worthy of returning to.
