(On tap @ the brewpub, Sept 21/19) Pours clear pale yellow with a big white head. Notes of delicate but still prominent lemon, fresh grass and flowers with very subtle apricot sweet/tart fruitiness, slightly crackery wheat malt type base, soft Brett funk and saison yeast but not highly estery or phenolic, lightly citric/lactic tart throughout and finishes dry with some grass/flower bitterness and maybe a little apricot skin/citrus peel. Light to medium body with average carbonation. Pleasant though not particularly heavy on the apricot, being more about lemon.

On tap at Halo, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of brett upfprnt, with subdued apricot and light citrus. Flavour is quite lemony upfront, followed by apricot and a hint of brett. Quite citric. Pleasant.

A hazed blonde ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of coriandre, curacao, Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Epsom salts, light Brett, light lactic notes, lime, pleasant. On tap at Funkfest 2019.

From my wife from the brewery: pours hazy yellow with white head. Aroma is a bright fruitiness and a mild yeasty thing. Taste is loghtly sweet. Slightly sour. Bright. Very pleasant fruity aftertaste. Super refreshing. Very easy to quaff.
