Cask at the Watford Beer Festival 2013. Poured a clear copper colour with a rocky, off-white head. Mild aroma with some straw and redcurrent notes. Floral hoppy flavours with unripened fruits and brown sugar. Finish was dry grain, pine needles and blackberries.

Cask gravity at the Watford beer fest 2013. Orange amber colour with a loose persistent greyish head. Aroma is grassy caramel, mineral. Flavour adds some hedgerow berry, chalk, toffee. A little burnt brown sugar. Mid light carbonation. Standard tasty bitter.
