(750ml 2020 bottle from the cidery webshop, 6.3%) Pours clear medium orange with basically no head. Aroma of lemon and orange peels, orange pulp, soft peachy pit fruit sweetness, tang of citrus acidity, white grape skins, soft hay-like Brett, tea-like tannins. Flavour is lightly acidic with clear notes of orange pulp backed up by soft lemon and peach, moderate grape skin tannins, minerality, light funky hay, drying finish with dusty grippy tannins and citrus peels in to the aftertaste. Light to medium-bodied, average-plus carbonation. A very fun piquette, I know I left this bottle to rest longer than I should have but it's still drinking quite well; like a skin contact Riesling meets iced tea.

A hazed blonde cider with aroma of tart apples, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of apple, light mineral notes, light acidic notes, puckering, very nice. On tap at Tooth and Nail.
