Farmhouse ale brewed with 2 row barley and pay malts. Hopped solely with New Zealand motueka. Fermented crazy hot with a Scandinavian kviek farmhouse yeast strain. Secondary fermentation on rich pineapple puree, before being dry hopped with a little more motueka. Muscat grape and honeysuckle in the nose with a tart tropical flavor profile. Just in time for this heavy Philly summer.

Catching up on ratings. Scores were recorded at the time but not notes. This was a massive tasting at Second District when I had a layover in PHL between Bermuda and Dublin....so what else do you do but go to a craft bar. And, my wife's cousin met me out for some brews!

A hazed golden yellow ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light resinous hops, banana esters, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, resinous hops, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
