Fat & Fruity is a softer, rounder take on its sister beer, Dank & Juicy. Here, oats and wheat have been added to give a creamier body and easy drinking experience. Mosaic, simcoe, ekuanot and citra hops infuse Fat & Fruity with a fresh tropical aroma, offering notes of lychee and mango.

330ml bottle at Agenturet Øl og Vinbar. A slowly diminishing two-finger thick, white head to a misty warm golden body. Crocheted lacing. Inviting aroma of mango and citrus shells. Ripe fruity flavours, hints of mango and peaches, subdued malty sweetness beneath. Dry fruity bitterness to the ending. Medium bodied. Refreshing (Meet up with Knut Erik, Tromsø 15.11.2017).

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours classic blonde with fluffy white head. Aroma is aromatic, with intense citrus, lemony and resinous. Body is fairly dense, with average carbonation. Taste is mostly bitter, though a nice sweetness is left in the mouth after a good sip. Finish is fairly long.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours honey-gold with a creamy, white head. Great aroma, a little dank, some tropical fruits, papaya, melon, tangerine. Light-medium sweet flavour with subtly gooey papaya, more melon, mellow piney bitterness, supportive pale bready sweetness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with a slight edge of oily resin, and more melon, papaya, pine, orange, faint bread crust. Excellent IPA overall.
