Fat & Fruity is a softer, rounder take on its sister beer, Dank & Juicy. Here, oats and wheat have been added to give a creamier body and easy drinking experience. Mosaic, simcoe, ekuanot and citra hops infuse Fat & Fruity with a fresh tropical aroma, offering notes of lychee and mango.

Sample at MBCC 2017. A bit hazy golden/orange with a white head. Fresh and hoppy with grapefruit, pineapple, light malt and some hay. The body was medium as was the bitterness. A pleasant one.

Mosaic, Simcoe, Ekuanot and Citra hops. Almost clear gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent carbonation. Light malts with very light creamy sweetness. Good mango led tropical fruits. Smooth pine. Nibbly hop spice runs throughout. Light citrus underneath. Light smooth finish shows mild hop skunk and pine. Rather good.

Bottle from Modern Beer Co Maltby Street. Clear gold amber colour lasting white head. Piney resiny grapefruit hop aroma. Some dank hops in the mouth. Some bitterness on the finish, a little tropical fruit. Yes a decent hoppy ipa, a little dankness. Fairly drinkable, a bit too fizzy. A very modern ipa interpretation.

Tap at MBCC 2017 Blue session. Poured a slightly hazy straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light grainy earthy mineral, floral hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Didn’t really like the hop combo.

Draught at Christian Firtal, Odense. Slightly hazy golden colour with a creamy white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, grapefruit, floral hops, peaches and tropical nuances. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with citrus fruits. Nice, fresh IPA.

Bottle from The Beerhive. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Very faint lacing. Aroma of grapefruit and lemon. Flavour of grapefruit, dry grass and minerals. Thin body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. Clean and hoppy but a bit flat and thin.
