Bottle pour. Almost black. Strong bourbon and black patent malt aroma. I like that this is not syrupy sweet. Lighter body but loss of flavor. Char, notes of caramel, raisin, bourbon.

A deep dark stout with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light coffee notes, vanilla, bourbon barrel, licorice, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with Bourbon barrel notes, woody notes, alcohol warmth, very nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.
