Esta IPA de sesión combina el amargor característico de una India Pale Ale con la frescura de las cervezas de sesión. Un delicioso Dry Hop con lúpulo Mosaic añade aromas a mango, guayaba, maracuyá, piña y frutas cítricas. Tiene un color dorado, cuerpo medio con un balance hacia el lúpulo y un ligero final amargo que perdura unos segundos en la boca.

Poured from the tap @ Cuatro Palos. Clear blonde gold with small white head. Tropical hops on the aroma. Comes through okay on taste, if slightly subdued. Decent.

A hazed blonde ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with citrus pulp, very nice. Bottle at Festival de Gastronomia y de Cerveza de Querétaro, June 2019.
