Bottle from the brewery. Hazy dark red pour, with a small pinkish head. Aroma has a strong dill aroma, tart vinegar and dull pickles with subtle raspberry notes. It's not awful, but it's f'n weird, and I'm sure not what they were going for. Mouth feel is lively, and bright, with a super lively carb. Finish has some solid tartness, the acidity here is off the charts! Tart, lactic, soft raspberry notes, hints of vinegar, and a super subtle sweetness. Not great, pretty messy, and all over the place.

A hazed purple saison with a thin rosey white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with dark fruits, blackberry, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of blackberry, raspberry, Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice. On tap at Funkfest 2019.
